4. Application Process

Submitting an application through our platform does not guarantee acceptance into our donor program or matching with an intended parent. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate disqualification.

5. Donor Compensation

Any compensation provided to egg donors is intended solely as compensation for the donor's time, effort, inconvenience, and related expenses — not as payment for eggs or biological material. This distinction is consistent with guidelines established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). Compensation amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and outlined in a formal agreement between the donor and the intended parents.

6. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes medical advice. Perfect Gene is not a medical provider. All medical decisions, screenings, and procedures are conducted by licensed physicians and fertility clinics.
