Eligibility
Do You Qualify?
These are the baseline criteria. The fastest way to know if you're a fit is to complete our 10-minute prescreen — no commitment, no medical exams at this stage.
- Between 21 and 30 years old
- Healthy BMI (18–28)
- Non-smoker, no recreational drug use
- No major hereditary conditions in immediate family
- Willing and able to attend medical appointments
- Emotionally ready and self-motivated (not primarily financial need)
- Current use of certain prescription medications may delay eligibility
- Recent tattoos or piercings within 12 months may delay eligibility

About Compensation

The Process
What Happens After You Apply
Apply or Inquire
Complete our brief prescreen questionnaire. It takes about 10 minutes and helps us determine whether moving forward makes sense.
Application Review
If your prescreen looks strong, we'll invite you to complete a full application covering your background, education, health history, and lifestyle.
Screening
Accepted applicants complete a medical evaluation and genetic screening (at no cost to you), followed by a psychological consultation.
Portfolio & Matching
Once cleared, your profile joins our curated donor portfolio. Your coordinator reaches out when a strong match is identified.
Cycle & Completion
You'll work with our team and the fertility clinic to complete the donation cycle. Full coordination, support, and compensation follow.
