Egg Donor Matching: Independent Brokerage Support

The Perfect Gene is an independent egg donor matching brokerage. We help intended parents across the United States compare donor options and coordinate next steps with their chosen fertility clinic. We are not a clinic and we do not hold frozen egg inventory.

Who is egg donor matching for?

Matching support is for intended parents who want help organizing donor options rather than navigating a large database alone. You may already have a fertility clinic, be comparing a proposed new donor cycle with frozen eggs, or simply want to understand which questions belong with which provider. You do not need to arrive with a selected profile to ask for a consultation. Our role is to help you compare options and coordinate next steps with your chosen licensed fertility clinic across all 50 states. Your clinic decides clinical suitability and treatment. Independent reproductive attorneys handle agreements and parentage. If you do not yet have a clinic, say so in the consultation form; we can clarify the matching process without making a medical recommendation or claiming a clinic partnership. The goal is a manageable decision process: understand the route, identify the questions that matter to your family, and know what must be confirmed before you commit. A consultation is not a clinical evaluation or a promise that a particular donor is available.

A curated donor search, not a prediction about a child

Tell us which background information and contact preferences matter to you. Education, appearance, personal interests, and family background may help you organize preferences, but they do not determine a future child's personality, abilities, or health. Medical requirements belong with your clinic and the professionals reviewing the records. Public donor introductions are intentionally limited. They are not a complete clinical dossier or a live availability guarantee. During a consultation, ask what additional information can be shared through an approved private process and what requires consent or further review. Do not send medical or genetic records through ordinary email or the general consultation form. Keep selection criteria separate from clearance. A profile that interests you may still need availability confirmation, records review, screening, and legal steps. A personally curated search should make those open questions clearer, not hide them behind a marketing label.

How the six-step matching process works

    1. Consultation: Discuss your priorities, chosen clinic, general budget questions, and whether you are exploring a new donor cycle or frozen eggs. Do not send medical or genetic details through the consultation form. 2. Compare donor options: Review a curated search and the differences between a proposed new donor match and eggs held by a separate bank. We do not hold frozen egg inventory or promise a particular donor's availability. 3. Selection and clinic review: Discuss a preferred option and ask your chosen licensed fertility clinic to confirm acceptance requirements. Profile selection is provisional; your clinic decides medical suitability. 4. Screening and independent legal review: Your clinic determines screening and medical requirements. Independent reproductive attorneys handle agreements, consent, and parentage questions. Matching support does not replace either professional. 5. Confirm the written arrangement: Confirm compensation, separate provider fees, scope, cancellation terms, and any approved travel or inventory-release requirements in writing before committing. 6. Clinic coordination: Coordinate administrative next steps with your chosen clinic. The clinic controls medical dates and treatment; availability, records, screening, and legal review affect timing. No fixed timeline or outcome is promised. These are planning stages, not a fixed calendar. Some administrative questions can be addressed together, while medical or legal decisions may require earlier steps to finish first. Ask which milestones are complete, who is responsible for each outstanding item, and what would change the proposed schedule. Your clinic controls medical dates.

A matching brokerage is different from an egg bank

A proposed new donor cycle starts with a donor who may participate after matching, screening, and professional review. Frozen eggs have already been retrieved and stored by a separate provider. The bank or clinic holding those eggs must confirm the actual allocation, availability, release conditions, and handling requirements. The Perfect Gene does not hold its own frozen inventory. We can help intended parents compare options, including coordinating next steps with banks or clinics the family already uses. We do not claim a network size, exclusive access, or a named partnership without documentation. Neither route is automatically cheaper, faster, or clinically preferable. Compare the written scope and ask your clinic which arrangement it will consider. Selecting a profile, reserving an allocation, and receiving clinical clearance are different milestones; none guarantees embryos or pregnancy.

What does egg donor matching cost?

First-time donor compensation starts at $15,000, with higher compensation for repeat donors and select profiles. Final compensation is confirmed in writing for each match and depends on experience, profile, and the specific arrangement. That starting point is donor compensation only. Matching support, legal work, screening, medications, clinic and laboratory care, and travel are separate. Frozen inventory may have procurement, storage, and shipping charges that need their own quotes. There is no single all-in price published here, and an unquoted fee should never be treated as free. Ask each provider for an itemized estimate tied to a common endpoint. Confirm who receives payment, when it is due, which expenses are excluded, and how cancellation, donor withdrawal, or clinic nonacceptance affects refunds or credits. We do not invent an agency fee or replace the written terms for your arrangement.

What to bring to a free, private consultation

Bring your general priorities, approximate timeline, chosen clinic's city and state if you have one, and whether you are considering a new donor match, frozen eggs, or both. It is fine to say you are still exploring. The consultation is a place to clarify the service and next steps without a commitment. Useful questions include what information is available privately, how availability is checked, which costs remain unquoted, and how your clinic reviews a proposed option. Ask how the team communicates an unresolved question rather than assuming a profile answers everything. Do not include medical history, test results, genetic details, or another person's private records in the request. Our team can explain an approved private communication method when sensitive information is needed. Schedule through the contact page; donor recruitment is a separate application path.

    Common questions

Do I need to use a particular fertility clinic?

No single clinic is required by this matching description. We coordinate next steps with your chosen licensed fertility clinic, subject to its acceptance requirements. No specific clinic partnership is claimed.

    Does matching guarantee a pregnancy?

No. Matching, profile selection, and compensation terms do not guarantee clinical clearance, embryos, pregnancy, or a child's traits. Your clinic discusses your individual treatment questions.

Can I ask about frozen eggs?

Yes. We can help compare routes and coordinate next steps with banks or clinics you already use. We do not hold frozen egg inventory or guarantee another provider's availability.
