Financial Options

Clear terms for a deeply meaningful commitment.

Every donor’s compensation is a single flat fee—fully disclosed before matching, paid progressively through independent escrow, and never tied to cycle outcomes.

    Donor Compensation

    A transparent, single-fee structure

Compensation reflects a donor’s experience, profile, and commitment—not a packaged price or a measure of a cycle’s outcome.

    Standard

    $40,000 – $65,000

First-time donor with full medical and psychological clearance

    Proven

    $70,000 – $110,000

Completed a prior successful donation cycle

    Exceptional

    $130,000 – $220,000+

Proven donor with a rare medical or genetic profile

    How the flat fee works

Certainty for parents. Respect for donors.

    Disclosed upfront

Each donor's single flat fee is clearly listed on her profile and confirmed in the match agreement before you move forward.

    Independent of outcome

Compensation never changes based on the number of eggs retrieved, egg quality, or the outcome of a cycle.

    Built around her full commitment

The fee recognizes the donor's time and effort throughout screening, injections, monitoring, retrieval, and recovery.

    Progressive independent escrow

    Payment follows defined milestones.

Compensation is deposited and administered through independent escrow, then released progressively at defined points in the cycle—for example, a portion at medication start and the remaining balance after retrieval.

This structure ensures a donor is never financially pressured to continue a cycle she wishes to stop. Exact milestones are documented clearly in the match agreement.

    Separate by design

Medical costs never come out of donor compensation.

Psychological evaluation, genetic testing, medications, monitoring, the retrieval procedure, and related medical care are completely separate from donor compensation. Intended parents pay these costs directly to the clinic or provider; they are never deducted from or bundled into a donor’s fee.
